To begin our Friday, we performed for the Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo Day Programs. We learned 'In My Life’ by the Beatles for this week’s shows and plan to learn song requests from our friends at the Cambridge Day Program for next week’s show! It was so much fun playing another one of our favorite Beatles songs. It's a really beautiful song released in 1965. It was written about Lennon friends and loves that had passed. He referred to it as a 'little piece of artwork'. When we learn new songs, we love learning about the history of the song too, as it helps us understand how to perform it!
