We all are familiar with the song Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer, and we sang it this morning for our show. We were curious though about the history of the song. It was adapted into a song by the brother-in-law of the creator of the character Rudolph for publication by the Montgomery Ward company in the late 1930's. It's amazing that a song based off of a story character has remained such a huge hit so many years laster! We enjoyed playing it for our Day Program friends, along with many other holiday tunes.
