Remembering Gordon Lightfoot

We loved seeing our Day Program friends this morning after another little break. We had our college orientation early this week and had to miss our usual Tuesday show. We were happy to be back today and to be singing more great music. Today we sang Cotton Jenny by the incredible Gordon Lightfoot. We discovered his music about about 2 years ago, and have learned several of his songs. The first song we learned was Cotton Jenny and we learned it just shortly after his passing in 2023. Since then, we've learned 2 other songs, and we're keen to learn more when time permits. In the meantime, enjoy this little clip of Cotton Jenny from today's show:
