It's interesting to see how much of an impact music can have on one's mood and energy level. Mondays are hard for many of us, and the prospect of getting up early an singing a full show at 7am can be hard too. However, once we start strumming and singing that first song of the setlist, something changes. We feel the energy of the music, and our voices get a little louder and stronger. We feed off of the energy our sweet audiences gives us as well, and that too gives us a boost. By the end of the show, we are a bit tired because our vocal chords have been working hard, but we feel really ready to get the rest of the day going! We hope music gives you energy too!
