This Wednesday morning, we performed for the Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo Day Programs. We played a new song called ‘Yesterday’ by The Beatles, and many songs from The Sound of Music. While learning ‘Yesterday’, we learned that it is the most covered pop song of all time, with over 3,000 versions recorded, according to The Guinness Book Of World Records. Another fun fact we discovered was that the working title of the song was “Scrambled Eggs’ until Paul McCartney, one of the members of the Beatles, could figure out the lyrics.
